The flat itsself is very warm and we have not had to turn the heating once yet this year.

It does come with a parking space for the flat. Which I can leave the parking disc here for you.

All bills are included so no sneaky hidden costs.

I moving out and this is the final month of the tennancy and I have found somewhere else.

The above listed items are what the house came with and will remain in the house when we leave. My flatmate will be staying in the flat until the 8th December when she moves out too.

The final date of rental will be the 13th December and we will hand the keys back on the 14th and arrnage the end of tennacy clean. So you do not need to worry about any of those logistics.

We are looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful. This is not a party house and my housemate works from home.
