Cosy room in spacious shared house

A small but bright room has become available in our friendly five-bed house in Clapton!

The house itself is huge, with a large living room, a separate dining room and a kitchen with plenty of storage. We share a shower room, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a bath (!) plus one of the bedrooms has an ensuite. There’s also a big, sun-trap garden with loads of potential for sunnier days.

We’re all invested in making the house feel like a home, one Facebook Marketplace purchase at a time! We each have our own pals and lives in the area, but we also love a good kitchen chat, communal dinner, sunny mooch or trip to the pub together.

We’re looking for a kind, sociable and considerate woman or non-binary person to join our home. The room is on the small side (3.05m x 2.65m), so it would suit someone who works full-time outside the home. There’s space for a double bed and clothes storage, making it a cosy little base to come home to.

Rent: £825 per month
Bills: Approximately £120 per month, including council tax
Move-in date: 1st January
