Short-ish stay in Clapton GORGEOUS apartment

Well met weary traveller! Are you looking for somewhere to hang your boots in the dawn of the new year, to rest and nourish yourself before finding your new quest or more permanent abode? Well look no further! Your pursuit has come to a close!

I'll be joining my family for a couple of month from mid January in a faraway land, and my room will be available during this time. This is mine and Helenas (my formidable housemate which you'll be sharing with) home, and we'd like you to treat it like so. We're quiet, relaxed, working people, and the house is for that. Not for partying. That said, movie nights, coffee and meals together, games, anime binging, are all fair play. The flat has a gorgeous living room and we'd like you to feel comfortable to use it.

The place! The flat has 2 bedrooms, 2 Bathroom (one being en-suite in the available room), one huge living/dining room, a very spacious kitchen, and a bigger than we know what to do balcony facing North Millfields Recreation Ground. It's fully furnished with bed, all appliances, TV, PS5 (feel free to play) geeky decor, boardgames (feel free to play), and much more. It is 5 minutes away Lea Bridge Road, for bus users, and less than 10 minutes from Clapton Station. Co-Op 3 blocks away, and many other nearby shops in Clapton Road.

Ah, yes! Helena! Not of Troy, but of Spain, which is arguably better! Helena is a fantastic Graphic Designer and works as a barista most days. We usually watch tv shows, movies, animes, and have meals together during the week. I've been living with her for years and she's simply the best housemate I could have asked for, hands down.
