Large Victorian House for a Female - Spacious Room

This wonderful home has a large (10x12) furnished room available for a FEMALE. It is close to great transport links and local amenities. This house would suit a working professional (full-time employed, office based) who would love to live in a calm, clean, well-looked after home (non-smoking). We have a beautiful cat that makes the house feel like a home.

You will be sharing with 3 females (law, fashion, retired). We are looking for a female housemate who is similar in the sense that you are very independent, quiet and hard working. We keep all communal areas clean and tidy. Someone who is able to add value to the house by helping out is a plus. The landlady lives in the house and needs people who prefer to socialise outside, spend time with a partner at their place to avoid house disruptions.

The Room
LARGE room (10x12) on upper landing (double bed, chest-of-draws, bedside table) with double glazing. The room overlooks the garden.

There is a very large kitchen that also overlooks the garden. The kitchen also has a sofa etc. on one side of the room (there isn't a separate living room). There is a clean, bright bathroom and a separate toilet (both recently decorated). Central heating and wireless Internet.

All bills are included (Internet, Council Tax, gas and electricity etc.)
