Short term let 1-6 months
Quiet, simply furnished, cosy room with double bed in a large, beautiful and tastefully newly decorated house with 2 others. We are just off Lower Clapton Road, close to Chatsworth and the marshes. Bills and cleaning included. Near Clapton Pond and plenty of buses. The room has good storage.
The house has plenty of space with a fabulous kitchen/diner which opens onto the south facing decked garden but we have a roof terrace for times when we need a bit more privacy. The house has sophisticated alarm system. Residents parking is available if needed.
Our house is on a very quiet side road and we like a calm environment to live in. There is no smoking inside the house. No couples, no pets.
PLEASE NOTE: this room is furnished and therefore not suitable for someone with their own bed/desk/ etc.
