I'm looking for professionals to rent my lovely two double bedroom, two bathroom flat in Clapton.

It is a 2nd floor flat in a 5 storey building, with an open plan kitchen and living area, an en suite bedroom with a balcony, and a second, good sized, double bedroom with its own bathroom. The flat is completely soundproof, faces Mill Fields Park and next to the Lea Bridge Canal, backing onto Hackney Marshes. Approximately 7 minutes walk to Clapton Station, which is on the Overground line, and on many bus routes including to Central London, Dalston, Stratford, Finsbury Park and Liverpool Street.

Clapton is a fantastic location, which hosts a growing number of cafes, restaurants and pubs. The flat is a short walk from the popular Chatsworth Road, which holds a market every Sunday, and backs onto the Lea Bridge Canal, which leads to a lot of gorgeous green space including the Hackney Marshes, Springfield Park and the Olympic Park.

The rent includes service charge (which includes buildings insurance), and underground car parking space. The flat is completely electric and retains heat, so we have rarely needed to have the heating on in the winter.
