The house has three bedrooms, with two currently occupied. The house has a good sized 'eat in' kitchen and living room. There is also a small patio garden and south facing roof terrace which are lovely in the summer months. It’s an old house with all the charms expected with a Victorian building.

We are looking for someone who is easy going, friendly yet considerate around the house and of other people.

The 242 bus stops right outside and buses 38, 48, 55, 106, 253, 254 and 488 are a 7-10 min walk away on Lower Clapton Road. Homerton and Hackney Central are both a 15 min walk away.
