Large Double Bedroom in Clapton

Hi everyone, we have a large double bedroom (5.5x3.5) with wooden floor in our flat to go. Rent is £950 pcm all inclusive (council tax, electricity, gas, water rates). You’ll be sharing with one male professional working in the music field, and there may be an additional flatmate joining in the near future. Room is available for 6 months with the possibility to extend for another year. The flat is 5 mins walk from Clapton overground and 10 mins from Stoke Newington. There is a nice balcony, kitchen with modern appliances but no living room. I am looking for a female who doesn't mind living with one relaxed, considerate and tidy male.
