Last of the great Clapton house shares. Get in?

We are looking for new housemate in Clapton Park (so near Chatsworth Road basically)

It's a SPACIOUS three bedroom house and the room on offer is the smaller of the three but not really 'small' (trust me!) Basically unfurnished but probably some bits you can use. Faces the back garden.

'We' are Espen and Michael. Espen has a job that is somehow to do with computers and music but is not making music with computers (although he might do that too sometimes). Michael (who let's be honest, is writing this) has a job that is in the events sector and involves counting money

We'd also like you to have a job probably, not because of any interest in protestant work ethics but because last time we had a housemate of dubious employment status the whole thing went so badly wrong there's not really time to describe it here. We both work from home at least some of the week.

What else can we say? We like a mostly quiet life but will definitely 'let rip' a few times year. I'm talking about the occasional party (or BBQ?) here. We like movies and watching movies. Espen also like 'shows' but Michael thinks most shows are bad (except like 90s scfi stuff). We like to run a tight ship with cleanliness. But not too tight! The right amount of tightness. A cleaner comes fortnightly.

Some things about the house I can draw your attention to:

1080p PROJECTOR mounted in living room for quick deployment. Large screen (pull down type)

Fully MANUEL espresso system for superior coffee enjoyment. Training will be provided (non optional)

Pretty big GARDEN so if you're the kind of person that like growing stuff, we can make that happen 4 U

The bathroom is WEIRD. But works fine to be honest. It's practical space you know

LARGE living room/dining room. Actually a really nice space
