We're looking for any students or professionals to replace our tenancy in this beautiful 2 Bedroom apartment in Clerkenwell!

There is a spacious shared lounge with a lot of natural light coming through. The kitchen space is connected and is also plenty of space for two people. The bedrooms are both spacious double rooms and there are two bathrooms in total (one is ensuite). Both rooms have access to balcony and the roof terrace is accessible from the lounge.

Washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board, TV all included.

The flat is in an amazing location with only a 7 min walk to Barbican station (Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, Circle) and 9 mins to Old Street (Northern Line). It is also just a short walk to Farringdon and about 20 minutes to the heart of Shoreditch!

**rent is paid half-yearly/every 6 months

We're hoping to find people who are willing to take the rest of the tenancy as left per our contract, which would be to sign on for 20 months -- UNTIL SEPT 2021. The contract cannot be changed but there is also an option to just sign on nonetheless and look for a replacement (as we are doing now) when you decide to leave.
