Looking for one person or couple to move into a double room in our flatshare. The room comes furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk.

We're looking for a fairly sociable flatmate who doesn't just keep to themselves all the time, contributes to keeping common areas tidy - we're not ocd but do like to have a clean and tidy home to get back to after a long day at work.

We are not a party house but we do like to have dinners or get together from time to time.

Located in central London round the corner from Exmouth Market and Spa Fields Park, with several supermarkets (Waitrose, Tesco, Co-op, Sainsbury's) within 5mins walking distance.

Rental bike station in front of the building allows for commuting by bike if you don't have your own!

All rooms and balcony are west facing which make for lovely evening sun and views across London.

Deposit is £900 (which is double for couples).
Bills are extra approx. £70 per person.

Good news is no agency fees, as we are privately renting from our landlady.

Oh and we have an in house bar :)
