The available room is a furnished double on the lower ground floor, with good storage space and a desk suitable for home working.

It is five minutes from Exmouth Market and a ten-minute walk from Upper Street, which has a great range of shops, restaurants, cinemas and bars.

There are excellent connections to major railway stations including King’s Cross St Pancras, Liverpool Street and Euston, as well as direct transport links from Farringdon to both Gatwick and Heathrow airports.

It is very close to City University, and convenient for both the City and the West End. It’s also less than half an hour on foot from Shoreditch to the East and Covent Garden to the West.
