Short-Term: Big Double in Clerkenwell - Dec to Mar

Hey,

I'm heading out of London and looking for someone to sublet my room from the 21st of December to the 28th of February. Hoping to find a lovely person to take my place during this time!

Location:
Right between Angel and Farringdon station (less than 10 min walk to either tube)
20min walk to both King’s Cross station and Old Street
Loads of buses less than 5 mins away, taking only 25mins to get into Soho.
It’s also just around the corner from Exmouth market which is filled with restaurants, cafes and pubs.

Our place:
The apartment is fully furnished with a good-sized shared living room and a spacious kitchen equipped with a washing machine, microwave, and all the essentials. There's also a balcony overlooking a private garden, perfect for some fresh air during the winter months!

Rent:
Rent is £1150 a month which includes ALL bills (council tax, WiFi, water, gas etc.). We deal directly with our private landlord so no pesky agency fees! Because of the short-term let, no deposit will be required either.

Room:
Spacious double with a large bed, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, a TV, and a desk—perfect for working from home.

The housemates:
You'll be living with three friendly girls in their early 30s. Two work Monday to Friday as professionals, primarily from the office with occasional work-from-home days, while the third works in movie production with a flexible schedule. They’re easygoing, enjoy staying active, and often binge Netflix together when a great new show comes out, as well as occasionally spending time together in the evenings.

The next housemate should be tidy and respectful, yet easygoing and sociable. We’re looking for someone who wants to share a home (even if it’s a short-term let) rather than just a room to crash in.
