3-month short let in Central London

I’m travelling for three months and looking for a clean, considerate, home-minded person to sublet my flat. I’ve furnished and cared for the space myself, so I’m hoping to find someone who will look after it with the same level of respect.

Dates
- Available January–March 2026.
- There is flexibility to start in late December 2025 and/or extend into April 2026.
- Duration flexible; would prefer subletting to the same person over the 3 months, but can discuss.

Rent, Bills and Deposit
- Rent and bills: £3,000 per month
- Deposit: One month’s rent (£2,500)
- References are appreciated

House Rules
- No smoking
- No parties
- No pets
- Shoes off inside
- Ideal for someone who appreciates a calm and tidy home

- One-bedroom flat, approx. 62 sq m / 600 sqf
- Fully furnished
- Washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster

- Electric radiators (heating fully in your control)
- Boiler-based hot water (also in your control)
- Unlimited high-speed fibre internet
- Concierge service shared across the development, which helps most with parcel collection when you aren't home, and for general security / support

- Generally quiet: occasional noise only when the corner pub hosts an event (about once a month in winter)

- Exceptional convenience with Waitrose and Tesco directly below the building (2 min walk door to door)
- 7 minutes’ walk to Farringdon Station
- 15 minutes’ walk to Angel
- Excellent bus connections (e. g., approx. 20 minutes to Oxford Circus)

Cleaning
I have a regular cleaner who can continue at any frequency you prefer (usually charges £50 per visit).
