We wanted to create a home where professional people can enjoy spacious, quiet, and private bedrooms whilst also enjoying gorgeous welcoming communal spaces, so they can strike the delicate balance between introversion and extroversion – something that’s so hard to find in the city.
Just walking distance from the financial district of the City, there are three king-sized suites with private corridors, two king-sized rooms and two large doubles, all with en suite bathrooms, built-in storage, a private safe, and a fridge – everyone gets their own little sanctuary. Beyond the bedrooms, there’s a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate dining room, extra communal bathroom, laundry room and garden. More than enough space to spread out and come together- depending on your mood/ needs/ schedule.
We’re ideally looking for a group of friends to share. It’s important that it’s a joint tenancy. It’s a home for people who want their own space but also enjoy spending time together – cooking, hanging out in the living room, or simply enjoying the buzz of city life in a house that truly feels like home.
