I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a flatshare in Clerkenwell from 29th June. The contract would be until the end of August 2026 or August 2027, but you could leave earlier as long as you find someone to replace you. The process is very straightforward and the agency is helpful throughout, so it’s easy to arrange if needed.

Rent is £1200/month, with bills and cleaning included.

The room is large, very bright, and has a lovely view over the City. It comes with a double bed, plenty of storage space, and a desk for working from home. I can also leave a set of bed linen if needed.

The flat is fully furnished and includes a well-equipped shared kitchen, a living room, and a washing machine.

The location is ideal in Zone 1, 10 minutes’ walk from the City and 5 minutes from shops and transport links. The area is calm, safe, and friendly. There’s also a Santander bike station right outside the building.
