We have two bright double rooms available in a lovely three-bedroom flat located between Angel and Old Street.

The flat is exceptionally well connected, with both Angel and Old Street stations within walking distance, putting the City, Shoreditch, Islington and central London easily within reach. You'll also find plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants, gyms and supermarkets nearby.

One of the best things about the flat is that, despite being in Zone 1, it's surrounded by a surprising amount of green and open space, making it feel much calmer than you'd expect for such a central location.

The flat consists of three double bedrooms, a shared bathroom, separate WC, kitchen, and a balcony. It gets plenty of natural light throughout the day and has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

We're looking for housemates who are respectful, tidy, and considerate of shared spaces. The rooms are available on a short-term basis only, making them ideal for someone between moves, relocating to London, or working in the city for a few months.
