Great maisonette in Central London

Hi!

We're looking for a new housemate to join our home in the heart of Clerkenwell.

We're hoping to find someone friendly and easy-going who's happy to chat over dinner or a glass of wine from time to time, while also enjoying their own life, friends and plans. We like spending time together when it happens naturally, but everyone has their own routines and respects each other's space.

The maisonette is in one of London's best neighbourhoods. Tucked away on a quiet pedestrian street, it feels surprisingly peaceful despite being right in the middle of Zone 1.

The first floor is our shared living space, with a spacious lounge, dining area and kitchen where we often cook, eat and unwind together in the evenings. Upstairs are the bedrooms across two floors, with your room located on the top floor (Level 3).

The bedroom is cosy, bright and incredibly quiet, overlooking the peaceful side of the house. It comes furnished with:

- double bed
- chest of drawers
- wardrobe and a desk (currently disassembled, as the current tenant preferred the extra space, but it comes with the room and fits comfortably if you'd like us to put it back together)

While it's a compact room, it's a fantastic option if you're looking for a comfortable home in an unbeatable central London location.

The room is for single occupancy only (no couples, sorry).

The flat is in Clerkenwell (Zone 1), just a 5-minute walk from Farringdon Station.

You'll also be within:

10-15 minutes' walk of Chancery Lane, King's Cross, Angel and Old Street
10 minutes from Exmouth Market (Caravan Coffee included ☕)
less than a minute from both Waitrose and Tesco

There are loads of excellent cafés, restaurants, pubs and bars nearby, plus fantastic transport links with several 24-hour bus routes just around the corner.

It's genuinely a brilliant place to live.

Your future flatmates

You'll be living with: Allison – an Art Director and fine art photographer who works in the city. She's creative, sociable and always up for a good conversation.

Jack – works in wealth management and enjoys keeping active, travelling and discovering great food spots around London. He's easy-going and always happy for a chat after work.

We're both professionals who enjoy hanging out at home but also appreciate having our own lives and respecting each other's space.

We're looking for another working professional who's looking for somewhere to call home.
