Bright Double Room | Angel / Old Street

We’re looking for someone to take over a bright double room in our lovely three-bedroom flat for a short-term stay of 4–6 months.

The flat is ideally located just off City Road, around a 10–15 minute walk from both Angel and Old Street stations, with great transport links across London. You’ll have all the cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, gyms and shops of Angel, Shoreditch and Old Street right on your doorstep.

One of the things we love most about the flat is how bright it is. The space gets plenty of natural light throughout the day, and despite being in Zone 1, it’s surrounded by a surprising amount of green and open space.

The flat consists of three double bedrooms, a shared bathroom, separate WC, kitchen and balcony. It’s a friendly, relaxed home rather than a party flat, and we’re looking for someone who’ll treat it as such.

We’re ideally looking for someone who is:

* Respectful and considerate of shared spaces
* Clean and tidy
* Friendly and happy to be part of the household while respecting everyone’s downtime
* In stable employment or with a reliable source of income
