£970 in total a month with all the bills, the room it’s self is £890 a month.

From the 3rd August, you’ll be paying me for the weeks till the 18th (£490) and then monthly from there with the landlord.

The flat:
4 bedroom flat, balcony, 5th floor (top floor) there is a lift. An amazing large window and view of London. Separate shower room and bathroom.

We have a cleaning rotation to help keep the flat clean and tidy we love for you to have people round and join in on any activities.

Tubes stations: Angel, Farringdon & old street
All in 10-15min walk

Food Shops:
Waitrose, M&S, big & local Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Tesco extra

You are super central and walking distance to so much like St Paul’s, Bank, city of London, King’s Cross etc

Room: comes with bed, mattress, desk, chair and Wardrobe
