Looking for our third flatmate

We’re looking for someone to join us in our lovely three-bedroom flat in Clerkenwell!

We, Lucy (30) and Liv (28), both work in professional roles with a mix of home and office working.

We’re both pretty active and enjoy going to the gym, travelling, trying new restaurants and making the most of living in central London. During the week we’re usually up for a catch-up over dinner or a glass of wine in front of the TV, and at weekends you’ll often find us exploring London, meeting friends or heading to the pub.

We’re sociable and enjoy spending time together, but we also appreciate having our own space and independent lives. We’d love to find someone who has a similar balance and is looking for a friendly, relaxed home where everyone gets along.

The Flat

Our flat is on the first floor of a small, well-maintained block with a private gated courtyard overlooking the beautiful St John’s Priory Church. It has a lovely, peaceful feel despite being so central, and the neighbours are a great mix of young professionals and families.

The flat has:

* A spacious living room with comfy sofas and a dining table.
* A modern, recently renovated kitchen that’s fully stocked with everything you need.
* A modern shared bathroom.

The bedroom comes fully furnished with:

* Double bed
* Wardrobe
* Chest of drawers
* Bedside table
* Huge full-length mirror

The Area

Clerkenwell really is one of London’s best neighbourhoods. You’re right next to the City but it somehow feels very quiet and almost village like!

Exmouth Market and Smithfield Market are both on the doorstep, with loads of fantastic pubs, cafés, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Angel, Shoreditch, Bloomsbury and Farringdon are all within easy walking distance, so there’s always somewhere to explore.

There is both a Waitrose and a Tesco a minute walk away, with Sainsbury’s less than five minutes away. There are also plenty of gyms, parks and great transport links close by, so everything you need is right on your doorstep.

The Landlord

We rent directly from a private landlord, with a local property manager who looks after the flat day to day. They’re both friendly, responsive and easy to deal with, which makes renting here really straightforward.

Bills are approximately £70 per month, with council tax around £55 per month.

We also have a cleaner weekly which comes to £15 each a week!
