Hi hi!

A room is opening up in our lovely four-bedroom flat in Islington (EC1V) from the 20th of August, and we're looking for our next flatmate.

A bit about us: we're three early-career women aged 23–25. We love cooking together, heading to the pub, and inviting each other along to events (we're a 5-minute walk from Exmouth Market, so there's always something going on!). That said, we're also big on respecting each other's space, so it's a warm, sociable home without ever feeling on top of each other. We're looking for someone with the same friendly vibe: open, chill, and clean; similar age and working.

The flat:

• A cosy living room

• A lovely terrace that gets sun all morning, so perfect for breakfast outside

• Separate bathroom and toilet (both shared)

• Washing machine and dryer

The details:

• Rolling monthly contract

• £1050/month including bills (+ council tax)

• Viewings arranged during the week of the 10th of August
