Large Double Rooms in Clerkenwell

We’re two recent graduates now starting our professional careers (ecology and physics), looking for two flatmates to join our home.

The flat is split over two stories, with a bathroom and a cozy living room upstairs plus kitchen downstairs. It’s on the 3rd floor (top floor) of the building, and there’s a lift for easy access.

The location is amazing, less than half hour walk / bus to Holborn, Tottenham Court Road, Covent Garden, with excellent transport links nearby. Angel, Farringdon, King’s Cross, and Exmouth Market are all right on the doorstep, along with plenty of shops, pubs, and cafes.

There’s currently two double bedrooms (biggest rooms in the flat) available for around £1300 per month (negotiation with landlord pending but 13 is max) without any bills included, they usually come to around £150 depending on the season.

The rooms are bright and spacious, with windows that let in plenty of natural light. It overlooks the communal garden, which is filled with trees and greenery, creating a calm and pleasant view.

We’d love to find female housemates in a similar age range (preferably professional but student okay if willing to contribute to council tax) who is tidy and respectful of the shared spaces. As flatmates, we enjoy spending time together, whether that’s a pub quiz, a night out, cooking together or just relaxing at home. Please note this is not a party flat; however we enjoy each other’s company and have guests over occasionally as well.

Please note as well, that this will be a joint tenancy agreement and although rolling with a notice period of 2 months, we would prefer someone who would be willing to find their replacement when they leave as a courtesy to the rest of us.
