The Space
The flat is small (32 sqm / 345 sqft) but equipped with all essentials. Set within an 1830s terraced building converted into 3 flats, it sits on the first floor with high ceilings and large windows that let in plenty of light. It was fully refurbished in 2024 with a newly installed kitchen, bathroom, boiler, and central heating.

Please note on the setup: This is a 1-bed flat offered under a Mon-Fri lodger agreement as a shared space. As I live here on weekends and travel during the work week, you will have the place to yourself from Monday morning to Friday afternoon.

My belongings (books and clothes etc.) will remain in the flat. The kitchen is fully equipped and an electric piano is available for use with headphones.

The flat is directly adjacent to Sadler’s Wells Theatre, perfectly positioned for weekday working and exploring London.

Farringdon: 15-minute walk

Kings Cross / St Pancras: 20-minute walk

The Neighbourhood
Local highlights include the lively restaurant scene at Exmouth Market and nearby Regent’s Canal. Angel features two cinemas (Vue and the famous 'Screen on the Green'), The Almeida Theatre, Angel Comedy, and The King's Head Theatre. The Barbican Centre, Bloomsbury, and excellent supermarkets are all within easy walking distance.

Many academics live in the area, with LSE, King’s, UCL, City St George’s, UAL / St Martins, The Courtauld Institute, and The Warburg Institute all within a 30-minute walk, alongside The British Library and Senate House Library.
