It’s a relaxed and sociable flat, so it would be great to find someone who is happy to occasionally grab a pint, go out for some food or have a chat and hang out at home, while also respecting each other’s space and routines.

* Bills are approximately £200/month per person
* Total expected monthly cost is around £1,700 per person
* There may be a small rent increase from December, depending on the landlord’s decision. There may also be no increase at all, but if there is one, it is expected to be minimal.
* Minimum 12-month tenancy
* Proof of at least 3 months’ salary/income
* Suitable income required to meet the landlord’s affordability criteria
* References and standard rental checks may be required
* The room is furnished, but the incoming tenant will need to buy out the existing bedroom furniture from the current tenant. Details and price can be discussed separately.
