I got an offer accepted and payed the holding deposit for this gorgeous flat. So am looking for people to take the rooms asap xx

The room/flat:
It’s a maisonette flat on the second and third floor of a beautiful building on Exmouth Market. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine, dryer, gas stove, and dishwasher and there are two big and modern bathrooms. The top rooms are definitely on the small side but I feel it’s an amazing opportunity to live central for less.

About you:
I‘m looking for clean and respectful people, ideally working full time, who have their own life but are open to having a chat and getting a drink sometime.

About myself:
I’m an art historian, artist, and yoga teacher - originally from Berlin have been living in London for 4 years now and it definitely feels like home now. I work full time at a gallery in Soho, and teach on the side. I’m social and extroverted, love all things creative and movement related. But I also do need and love my down time at home.

Location:
The location is pretty much unbeatable. Exmouth itself is such a fun and lovely neighborhood, you can basically cycle anywhere and transport links are also ideal.
