Double room in Clerkenwell available from November

Hi everyone,

My partner and I are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our Clerkenwell flat. We’ve been renting here for the last 3 and a half years and have loved being in the area as it’s so convenient.

You are right across the road from a coffee shop, fish and chip shop, awesome local pub and corner store. There is a Tesco and Waitrose a 5min walk away. Only 15min walk to Farringdon, angel, barbican and old street stations. The area is nice and quiet on the weekends.

The room available comes furnished with bed with under bed storage, two bed side tables and a chest of drawers.

You will have primary use of the communal bathroom, yet this bathroom will still be used by guests.

We’re both 31, working full time. I work from home 4 days a week and my partner works from home 2 days a week. We both enjoy going out with friends or a nice dinner and going to any events on in London like museum exhibitions or festivals.
