I'm looking for a friendly, considerate housemate to share this spacious two-level flat. The building/flat is located on a peaceful side street within the historical area of Clerkenwell and is 5 minutes' walk from Farringdon station (Elizabeth, Thameslink, Circle, Metropolitan, and Hammersmith & City lines) and within walking distance of Shoreditch, the Thames, King's Cross, Holborn, and Oxford Street. Supermarkets and amenities are close by.
  
The flat:
- Unique, characterful, spacious and full of natural light.

- Shared kitchen, lounge, and bathroom, with access to an outside terrace.

- Fully furnished to a high standard.

- Recently redecorated: new carpets, paint, dishwasher, washing machine and new items of furniture.
 
- The Bedroom contains a double bed, desk, built in wardrobe and storage units. 
 
- A cleaner visits twice monthly to clean the communal areas.

- The utility bills/internet/TV licence/council tax/etc cost £ 150.00 per month on top of the rent.
 
 
You'd be sharing the flat with me, Mark. I work in music/sound design and audio restoration, and my work often crosses over into my spare time. I'm sociable and enjoy watching boxsets and films, writing, reading, chatting, gardening, and concerts.

This is a calm, settled home, not just a place to live, so would likely suit a professional or mature student who wants a friendly, stable environment and enjoys a peaceful base in the city. This flat is not suitable for someone who likes to party constantly or have people stay over all the time.

Please note, that the flat shares its entrance with the landlords Art/Design business, with whom I have a great relationship with ( I have lived here over ten years).
