Large double room with Ensuite located 10 mins from Northern + victoria line (Kings Cross), central line (chancery lane) and Picadilly (russel square station)

I've been here for a year and a half and have loved the room and the convenience of the location, but I'm moving out to my own flat im buying, which means the room will be available as soon as the estate agent can sort out references and paperwork if you are looking to move sooner.

Room is £1025 a month with being less than £200 on average.

Flat sits behind coded gate, with easy going neighbours and separated by main street by a line of buildings so very quiet for central london.

Plenty of shops, coffee shops, pubs nearby, and short walk to Coal Drops yard and other good spots.

Currently we are 4 boys, me a software engineer, Zoltan a data scientist, Adnaan a lawyer and Bobby a TikTok business side guy.
It's a clean and relatively quiet flat during the week if you like to work from home, with most of us cooking and chatting in the evening if you want to socialise.
