Mon - Fri let
Gay semi-retired lawyer looking for a Mon - Fri tenant for spare room in gorgeous Clerkenwell Warehouse apartment, five minutes walk from Farringdon Underground and Mainline and two minutes walk from the famous Exmouth Market. The City and the West End are 20 mins walk respectively.
Clerkenwell is regularly voted the best place to live in London for its quiet village-like feel and its central location and transport links, making it easy to get anywhere in London and its airports.
Room would suit a professional or mature student requiring a central London base Monday to Friday. The room has a European double bed and lots of storage. There is also a separate bathroom for exclusive use. The apartment has all mod cons and is in one of Clerkenwell's pre-eminent warehouse buildings. There is lots of privacy and the apartment is super quiet. There is a weekly house-keeper who will change bed linen and towels (provided). This is included together with all bills.
The apartment is very well furnished and stylish, practical and homely.
Seeking respectful, clean and tidy share with someone who has experience sharing communal space and will appreciate the apartment and its amenities and look after them.
I am a well travelled, semi-retired gay lawyer with lots of experience of sharing and work from home so very used to sharing communal space.
Spend a lot of time at the theatre and the gym and generally travelling.
Very social.
