The flat itself has a large living room and large kitchen with a separate bathroom and toilet, we are set back from the main road of St John’s street making the location quiet, to the rear there is a park specifically for supervised children which is locked at night, we have a concierge /security who monitor the cctv and will take deliveries.
Sharing with two other professionals, a head chef and a mature student studying science we get along great but are all per suing careers, totally chilled environment so would like the new flatmate to be similar, I’ve been here 18 years and have managed to keep the party in exemouth market or fabric in Smithfield.
