The small double bedroom is available from 1st Jan 2026. All bills are included in the rent. The second room in the video is available (It is not en-suite room). The room is in a 5th-floor modern apartment(6 floors purpose-built apartment block). The apartment in the corner provides great panoramic views of the park and 2 minutes walk to the northern line.

A bit about the apartment: There are 3 double bedrooms in total, a large shared living/dining room, a large balcony, a fully fitted kitchen (including a washing machine ), a large main bathroom like Jack and Jill type attached to the second bedroom (you will only be sharing with one other person) and large welcoming entrance hallway. Everything comes fully furnished.

It is located 2 minutes walk from Colindale tube station (northern line) and from there, only 15 minutes into Camden, 20-25 minutes to Euston and King’s Cross and only 25-30 minutes into Central London (Leicester Square, Charing Cross, Tottenham Court Road, Bank, London Bridge etc.).

The area has pubs, cafes, restaurants, gyms, convenience stores, a Tesco Metro, Sainsbury's local and a large ASDA and Morrisons, all only a few minutes walk away. Appartment is close to Middlesex Uni, Police acadamy and research center.

You will be sharing with a down-to-earth, considerate flatmate who enjoys spending time with other flatmates over a drink/dinner/movie/chat but also respects other's space.
