I'm looking for a clean and tidy tenant to share this cozy place within a new apartment building in Colindale. Preferably someone who does not eat pork.

The bedroom for rent is quite big (over 11 square metres), furnished, and comes with a separate spacious bathroom. (The entrance to the bathroom is not in the room, but next to it.)
The bedroom furniture includes: a double bed, a large mirror, a nightstand, a dressing table, 2 wardrobes, a big chest of 6 drawers, 2 small bookcases, and a comfy rocking chair.

Its window (as well as all the other windows in the apartment) overlooks the building's patio and a park, making for a calming green view.

The flat is on the 1st floor.
It also offers:
* a kitchenette with a fridge-freezer, washer machine & cutlery

background check will take place before the agreements is signed.

Bills are not included but they tend to come up to 180 a month. Mainly due to the council tax.

Colindale station is a 5 min walk from the apartment.

About me - I'm a professional female in her late 30s. I tend to go in the office at least twice a week. I'm super clean and like to keep things in order. this apartment will be well suited for someone who is looking for a home and for someone who likes to keep things tidy. On weekends i like watching movies, meal prep. i train a minimum of 5 times a week.
