I’m renting out my large en-suite double room in a new build development until September. The flat is 2-mins away from Colindale tube station, a gym and multiple grocery stores.

The room is very bright, has ample storage space (under the bed and a large wardrobe), has an en-suite bathroom (with a bath tub and additional storage space) and there’s also a dedicated work space in the room, ideal when working from home.

The flat otherwise has a large and bright living room, a modern and well-equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher) and a balcony. You’d be sharing these communal areas with a very easy-going professional in her mid-30s.
