We’re pleased to offer a furnished double room in our shared house, available from 1st August 2026.
The room is located on the top floor of a five-bedroom house with a garden and driveway. You’ll be sharing with four friendly working professionals. The property is in Colindale (NW9), North West London.
The room comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and an additional cabinet (as shown in the photos). The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, and oven.
The rent is £700 per month, inclusive of all bills (internet, water, gas, electricity, and council tax). The room is available for one person only. A one-month deposit is required and can be paid in instalments once the move-in date is agreed.
