Hi! My flatmate and I are looking for a third person to come live with us, as our other flatmate had to move abroad.
It is a very lovely flat in a newly constructed building in Colindale, just a 10 min walk from the tube station. We are looking for a female flatmate to join us from the beginning of April.

Rent: £1100 pcm
Minimum stay: until November 2026; it is a rolling contract so we can stay longer than that if we all want to.
Bills: not included, usually about £40-70 per person per month depending on usage.
You will need to have an income of at least £33000 or a guarantor whose income is at least £39600.

-share a bathroom (with bathtub!) with one other roommate
-big kitchen with microwave, fridge, wine cooler, oven, dishwasher, kettle, and loads of shelf space
-access to the the air fryer, TV, and large mirror brought by us two
-both a kitchen island and a big dining table

-high speed wifi included
-access to a gym with swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room; also access to free workout classes like pilates, zumba, yoga, boxfit, etc.
-grocery stores like tesco, coop, and sainsbury are within 5-10 min walking distance.
