Bright Small Double Room Near Colindale Station

The room is furnished and has a double bed and built-in wardrobe. Please note that the room is on the smaller side and currently does not include a desk. The price listed includes bills. The room is available to move in now.

The house features a fully equipped kitchen with a home bar, a bathroom, a spacious open living room, a terrace, and two storage rooms.

The house is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Colindale Station on the Northern Line. There are plenty grocery stores nearby, such as Sainsbury's, Tesco, Co-op, and a few other local stores.

This is a 3-bedroom house, so you'll be sharing with me, Ana (28), who works as admin in the NHS, and Mica (34), who works as a chef.

We are both friendly, respectful, and considerate housemates, and we'd love to find someone with a similar outlook. Mica works long shifts 3–4 days a week, while I work from home 2–3 days a week and the rest in the office. In the evenings, we occasionally enjoy sharing a meal and having a chat, but we also value our own space and respect each other's privacy.

This is a sublet available until 14 November. Around that time, we'll decide whether to remain in the property or move elsewhere.

If we decide to move, we plan to stay in the same area and look for another 3-bedroom property. If we're a good fit and enjoy living together, we'd be happy to explore moving into a new place as a household.
