En-Suite double room

En-suite double bedroom in Colindale, North West London available from mid-August

My flatmates have purchased a house so unless I find someone ASAP I will need to move out of my lovely flat in Beaufort Park, about 7 minutes walk from Colindale station and the Northern Line. We are directly on top of a Tesco Express, with a Sainsbury’s local also less than 5 minutes walk away.

I currently live with a couple and we split the rent 3 ways, so I am open to doing this again, or looking for another housemate around the same age as me (30) to take the room. The total rent is £2000, so for one person to take the room would be £1000. This includes water and access to the development gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Bills come to roughly £150 each.

The room will be available from mid-August, but we can be flexible with dates if needed. My current flatmates own a lot of the existing furniture, so it will be part furnished.
