My flatmate is moving out at the end of August, and I’m looking for someone to take over her spot in our 2 bed 2 bathroom flat in Colindale Gardens.
Rent is £1200 and bills come to around £250-300 per month, the building is a 4 minute walk to Colindale station, and we have gym and concierge access.
Looking for someone who is friendly and makes living together comfortable, but also is able to respect space when necessary
