One of our lovely flatmates is moving out, so we’re looking for someone to join us in our 3-bedroom flat in Colindale.

Your bedroom will be furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobe and a medium size chest of drawers. There’s some shared storage in the flat too. There is a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom with one other person. The bathroom has a bath and shower combination and some cabinet storage. The flat also has its own washing machine and dryer.

The building itself has some great facilities, including:

-Movie room
-Hosting/entertaining room
-Small shop open 24/7
-Communal garden
-Parking available at an additional cost

The flat is also well connected, 2-3 minute walk to and from Colindale station making it a great option for anyone commuting in and around London.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, friendly and easy going.
