Modern double room with own bathroom

I am looking for someone to fill my spacious double room located just a couple of minutes walk from Colindale station. This is a 3-bed flat, with 3 bathrooms so each person has their own, a shared open plan kitchen and living room, extra storage, a balcony and a communal garden shared with the other flats in the building. Colindale station is just a few minutes walk away, providing easy access to central London via the Northern line (including night tube on Fridays and Saturdays). There is a small Co-op and Sainsbury’s within a few minutes walk of the flat, and a large Asda, Morrisons, Aldi and M&S about a 10 minute walk away. The room is furnished with a double bed and large built-in wardrobes. The bathroom is just across the hallway from the bedroom, and has a shower over the bath and lots of storage under the sink. There is a private car park outside the building, one car per flat can be registered and this is currently mine, so the space would be vacant when I move out.

The two other flatmates are female professionals in their late 20s, they are friendly and sociable but also have their own routines.

Bills come to an extra £130 (these may fluctuate due to seasons/price caps etc).
