Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room while I’m away on a business trip, from 3 to 24 October. Preference is someone who will take over for the full three weeks.

The room is in a modern, quiet and safe area, with the Northern Line (Colindale station) less than a 10-minute walk away. There are also several shops nearby, including an Asian supermarket.

The room

* Fully furnished
* Free use of my desk and monitor, ideal for working from home
* Direct access to a shared balcony
* Available for the full period only: 3–24 October

The flat

You’ll be sharing a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom flat with one other flatmate, a 24-year-old working professional. The flat has a shared living room and fully equipped kitchen, including:

* Fridge and additional mini-fridge
* Oven
* Microwave
* Induction cooker
* Dishwasher
* Washer/dryer
* Wi-Fi

Rent

£800 for the full 3-week stay, including all bills.

A £200 deposit is required and will be returned at the end of your stay, provided the room is left clean and in good condition.

I’m open to anyone and have no particular preference regarding gender or occupation—just looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of the shared space.
