In the studio - separate toilet/shower room, sofa bed, 2 wardrobes and cupboards as well as small kitchen area for cooking with appliances, sink + fridge. There is a sunny side garden for full use of the tenant 😎

Studio is a separate building in the grounds of my 🏡 In the main house there are 2 people living - myself, professional female and another tenant (a female).

- Excellent transport links - Colliers wood station (Northern line) is in 15 min walk - and you always get a seat! Bus stop around the corner (bus 200) takes you to Wimbledon in 10-15 min
- Very close to all the amenities, 3 gyms, shops, cafes/restaurants and supermarkets (incl. large Sainsburys, ALDI and Lidl). Tandem shopping centre in 5 min walking distance
- Great place to unwind, as there is a green garden 🌳 with the seating area!

I am a friendly, professional female, sociable but also enjoy my own space 😊. The other lady tenant works very long hours and not at home usually.

Studio is a single occupancy property that will suit someone with normal working pattern looking for quiet, private , clean and friendly place.
