We're looking for a clean, considerate and easy-going housemate to join our friendly home in Colliers Wood.

This is a quiet, comfortable household rather than a party house, and would suit someone working in London who wants a place they can genuinely feel at home.

🛏️ The room

A furnished double bedroom with space for a bed, wardrobe and your own belongings.
£825 per month with bills included, subject to fair usage.
Your usual household bills are included in the rent. We simply ask everyone to be sensible with heating, electricity and water, as you would in any shared home.

🏠 The house
The house is clean, peaceful and respectful, with everyone having their own routines while still being friendly and sociable.
We're happy to have a chat and get to know each other, but it's not a party house. We're looking for someone who will treat the property as their home and be considerate of the people they live with.
There is also a simple shared cleaning routine, so everyone contributes to keeping the communal areas clean and pleasant.

Ideally, someone who:

Works full-time
Can comfortably afford the rent
Is clean, tidy and respectful
Is considerate of other people in the house
Has the right to rent in the UK
Can provide references if required
Is looking for a longer-term home, rather than somewhere temporary
No couples or pets, please.
