I’m looking for a friendly, tidy person to rent a cosy small double bedroom in my 2‑bed flat on the third floor of a modern building on Western Road (Flat 10, 191 Western Road). The flat has lots of natural light and a private balcony, perfect for a morning coffee or evening chill.

You’ll be sharing with me, my boyfriend and our dog, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with a dog who loves cuddles and naps. We’re easy‑going, respectful professionals and we like to keep the place clean, relaxed and homely rather than a party flat.
