Small double room available in friendly houseshare

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, and wardrobe.

Rent is £647 per month, with bills typically £120–£150. Deposit amount is £800. We may consider short term let's, but ideally looking for someone long term.

You’ll be sharing with three working professionals (Kiwi female, 27, and two males, 31 — Irish and Kiwi). We all work full-time Monday to Friday, a mix of hybrid and office-based roles. During the week the flat is generally relaxed and fairly quiet, with everyone doing their own thing.

We’re friendly and easygoing and usually have a quick chat in the kitchen, watch the odd bit of sport together or go to our local pub for a drink or quiz night!

The house has a large living room (with a shared TV), a second room with a desk and pull-out bed for WFH or guests, and a spacious kitchen with plenty of storage, two fridges, a washing machine, and a dryer. There’s also a garden with a clothesline and space to sit out in good weather.

The bathroom is next to the room (shared with two others), plus there’s a second toilet downstairs.

Location-wise, it’s super convenient: a small Sainsbury’s is a 2-minute walk, and a shopping centre 15 minutes away with a large Sainsbury’s, M&S, Aldi, shops, and a gym. Wimbledon Broadway is also around 15 minutes away with shops, gyms, restaurants, and pubs. There’s also a bus stop right outside the house.

Ideally, we’re looking for a girl to keep the balance in the flat, but we’re open to a guy too — we’re mainly after someone who’s a good fit.
