A double room available within a spacious three bedroom house in the heart of Colliers Wood!

Communal areas of the house include:

5-10 minute walk from the Northern Line (Colliers Wood or South Wimbledon stops)
10-15 minute bus ride to Wimbledon station (district line or overground)
There’s also usually a wealthy bank of lime bikes across the road

Bills are not included in the price but come to around £150 per month per person (during the winter months). This includes council tax, electricity, gas, water and WiFi.

Current household is made up of me (26 years old) and a male (31 years old). We both work as professionals. We enjoy a good variety of things to do as a house - from going out for meals/drinks or ordering takeaways and playing games, to going to the gym and running outdoors (there’s a great 5k route which goes round the local park, and it’s only 20 mins away from the Clapham park run). We also try and make the pub quiz on Sundays.

We are looking for someone who enjoys socialising but is also respectful of others’ space and privacy. You must be someone who knows how to clean up after themselves!
