We are looking for a Monday-Friday (4 nights) lodger.

We're about 7 min walk to Colliers Wood tube through a lovely local park. Our house is very close to local shops (Sains, M&S and Lidl/Aldi) and close to the river wandle nature walks to Morden Hall Park.

The room is furnished and features a King-size bed, a dedicated private seating area and coffee machine (and/or kettle for tea making if preferred)- ideal for a morning coffee or unwinding in your own space overlooking terrace and greenery/ garden. There is an ensuite bathroom that is completely private. There are blackout blinds and curtains on the windows. This is a lovely loft room providing a self-contained and private space. Bills and Wifi included.

We're a professional couple in our 40s, both working in the NHS and our 4 yr old son. We also have 2 x mature cats who are very friendly and gentle. We're generally a quiet and relaxed household and are looking for someone who needs a space Mon-Fri perhaps travelling into London for work and is friendly, tidy and easy going.
