2 Double Bedrooms - Colliers Wood

Myself and my lovely flatmate Agne are looking for 2 new tenants to fill our very spacious 4 bed (3 story) Georgian house in Colliers Wood. The area feels very safe and is pretty residential, with really good bus and tube links.

Bills come to roughly £135 a month (including WiFi) and the deposit will be 5 weeks rent.

We are both very chilled, tidy, clean and fun. We are working professionals (Poppy - Chartered Surveyor) (Agne - marketing). We would really love to find some professional girlies that are laid back and easy to live with 💅🏽

The house itself has recently had a few upgrades, including a lovely new decking that leads onto our pretty big garden. We have a proactive landlady who gets things sorted quickly whenever we have an issue which is a big plus!

We have a very spacious living area and kitchen, perfect for relaxing in and hosting. All bedrooms are also very spacious. Bedroom 1 is on the second floor with access to a shared bathroom that will be used by 3 girls. Bedroom 2 is on the third floor which had an en suit.

Nearest amenities include:
- Lidl, Aldi, Sainsbury’s, Boots, TK Maxx, Nando’s and M&S are a 5-10min walk away.
- Colliers Wood tube (northern line) is right around the corner.
- 10 min tube from Clapham
- 30 min tube from Central
- 45 mins from Kings Cross
