Double Room in Colliers Wood

I’m moving out of the area so my room will be available from 15th August 🕺

It’s a good-sized furnished double room with lovely morning light, at £575pcm + bills. The deposit is £300.

The house is about a 5-minute walk from Colliers Wood tube, and you’re also within walking distance of Tooting, so there are loads of cafés, pubs, restaurants and shops nearby.

You’ll be living with three lovely girls in their early 30s. Everyone is all on different schedules and is busy but it’s a pretty relaxed house. We like having a chat/coffee when we’re all around at the same time. We keep the house clean and have a rota for the shared spaces, so we’re looking for someone who’s happy to keep things tidy too.

The house has a shared living room, garden, a bathroom shared between 3 of us and 4 bedrooms total.

We’re looking for a professional, ideally around our age, who’s friendly, considerate and looking for somewhere that feels like home rather than just a place to stay.
